CHARLES

Cody aka Charles is doing great. Housetraining is going good, he is enjoying his time in the grass outside in the evening and following Butch in going potty out there as well. He is fitting into the family quite nicely and yesterday really seemed more comfortable and playful

Cornelius

Hi Diana, Sorry it took so long to get back to you - I've been so busy lately with lots of things to get done for work. He's doing pretty good! He still isn't much better around the cats, but I think it's just the being a puppy thing, and will eventually go away as he gets older (and they do too!). We just keep him in the living room with us, and the cats will come up and look at him through the gate we have up, hiss and then go away! He walks on a leash fine, although with it being so hot out lately we can't go for very long, but we play with him in the back yard in the evenings.

CALVIN

Here are a few photos of Calvin Klein. He is doing awesome and just such a lover! The cats are getting used to him and have made their temporary home on the island counter-top. :) The other dogs can't wait until I get home since Calvin is inside, to play with him! Charley (other shepherd/mix) still loves Calvin chasing him around and has taken on a big-brother playful role with Calvin. Shadow, the black lab/mix has realized that Calvin knows how to "tug" and the two of them have tugged on ropes the last couple days. Sunny, the retriever, just enjoys having him around....she is so tolerable anyway. :) He has been great at nights....loves to cuddle with us on the bed and sleeps great. I will send more photos this weekend. Again, I can't thank both of you enough for your big hearts, love for animals and time you take to really ensure the animals end up in a loving, happy home. You are rare-finds and I hope that I can help you all out, in the future. Thanks again for helping us find the next perfect member of our family - we love him to pieces! Rebecca and family.

Ciara

Ciara is doing great. She's definitely feeling at home, and LOVES playing with the kids and her toys. I still take her for walks just about every night, and she's doing a pretty good job of not pulling. In fact, I was able to have the kids take her leash and she didn't pull them, so I thought that was a good sign. She's certainly a teenager still. She gets excited and jumps up on people, which we need to work on. She doesn't like swimming, although she's a very good swimmer. I've taken her in a few times just to make sure she knows how to swim to the steps and get out. Hope all is well with you, and happy 4th! Jeff and Cindy
