ADOPTION PROCESS
Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application. Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check. 2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix area, as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).
Talk about Beautiful... Sweet Jade found herself on the shelters euthanasia list, she was skin and bones and was begging for someone to save her. Well that is what 2nd Chance Dog Rescue did and we consider ourselves the lucky ones. Jade is a miniature pit, she only weighs 35 pds but all 35 pds is pure love as she loves everyone especially kids. Jade is currently in a foster home with two young girls and a couple of dogs and she is doing well. Jade isn't 100% housetrained as of yet but we are working on it. If you are willing to open your home/heart to jade please fill out an adoption consultation form so we can arrange a meet and greet. Jade is between 2-3 old, spayed/fully vaccinated and micro-chipped.
